Q: How did you get all of these awesome bands to agree to come to crappy old Tacoma? Bribery? Coercion? Idle threats? Tickle threats?
A: NONE OF THE ABOVE. All of these bands BEGGED to play this 3rd installment of Bleak Outlook and were all put through a rigorous series of games and contests to win the favor of this festival curator. This truly is the best of the best and they fought tooth and nail to be here.
